We have short-term space that keeps entrepreneurs’ expenses lean so you can focus on your mission in a dynamic atmosphere. Beautiful desks, high-speed Wi-Fi, print and copy services, meeting and conference rooms, and coffee are all right here waiting for you.
Event space.
We host events that align with Collaboratory’s vision, mission, and values. Our spaces include a beautiful lobby, historic patios, and versatile multi-purpose rooms with media equipment, perfect for gatherings big or small. We also have a serving pantry with a commercial ice machine and a walk-in cooler to support your event needs. Spaces are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM. Meeting space.
The building is available to you for meetings. It’s for local nonprofits, local businesses, local leaders and new ideas. We’d love to have you here. We literally built the place for you. Space is available Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 8:30pm. Submit a meeting space request.

- 99.45% of stormwater from the building runoff is retained on-site through permeable pavers and low-impact design features that allow water to filtrate rather than flow off the site and into water systems.
- Energy footprint and costs for operating Collaboratory are about one-half of that of a conventional office building in South Florida because of a highly efficient air conditioning system.
- The health and well-being of occupants is supported through superior indoor air quality provided by the outdoor air-scrubber system combined with an abundance of plants.
- We’ve achieved a 45% reduction in indoor potable water use through water-efficient plumbing features.
