Careers at Collaboratory

We’re on a quest to find passionate people to help make Southwest Florida even better.

Regional Systems Navigator (Full-Time)

Every conversation can change a life.

At Collaboratory, we believe solving our community’s biggest challenges requires more than simply connecting people to resources—it requires changing the systems that create those challenges in the first place.

We’re looking for a Regional Systems Navigator who is passionate about helping individuals while contributing to something much bigger. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, collaborating across organizations, and making a measurable difference in your community, this may be the role you’ve been looking for.

As a Regional Systems Navigator, you’ll work directly with residents throughout Southwest Florida, helping them overcome barriers related to education, employment, housing, healthcare, financial stability, and other essential services. Just as importantly, you’ll help identify patterns and opportunities that improve how our entire community serves people.

This isn’t traditional case management.

It’s an opportunity to improve lives while helping transform the systems that serve thousands of people.

What You’ll Do

You’ll serve as a trusted guide for individuals navigating complex community resources while collaborating with nonprofits, healthcare providers, educational institutions, employers, government agencies, and community leaders.

Your work will include:

  • Coaching individuals toward education, employment, housing, healthcare, and financial stability goals
  • Connecting residents with community resources and building long-term relationships
  • Identifying recurring barriers that affect multiple people
  • Using participant experiences to improve community systems
  • Collaborating with regional coalitions and community partners
  • Maintaining participant information and tracking outcomes in Salesforce
  • Representing Collaboratory at community meetings and outreach events
  • Helping shape innovative solutions that improve the quality of life throughout Southwest Florida

We’re Looking for Someone Who

  • Naturally connects with people.
  • Enjoys solving complicated problems.
  • Believes collaboration creates better outcomes than working alone.
  • Is curious enough to ask, “Why does this barrier keep happening?” rather than simply finding another workaround.
  • Is energized by work that combines compassion, strategy, and measurable impact.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree required (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Experience in human services, workforce development, education, healthcare, case management, or community engagement
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organization and time management abilities
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Ability to think strategically while supporting individuals
  • Spanish and/or Haitian Creole language skills are a plus

Why Collaboratory?

Here, your work won’t stop after helping one individual.

Every success story, every challenge, and every insight contribute to building stronger systems that improve lives across Charlotte, Collier, Glades, Hendry, and Lee counties.

You’ll join a mission-driven organization where collaboration, innovation, servant leadership, and continuous learning are part of everyday work.
