Our target population includes individuals across the five-county region — Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Hendry, and Glades counties — spanning cradle to career. Our focus areas include early learning, K-12 success, postsecondary attainment, credential completion, and workforce alignment to ensure residents are prepared for high-demand, high-wage careers.
