Organization positioned for broader community success and impact
FORT MYERS, Fla. (April 9, 2026) – Collaboratory announces a series of strategic promotions and team transitions designed to strengthen operations, expand community impact, and support the organization’s continued growth.
“I am proud to recognize these team members for their outstanding contributions and leadership,” said Dawn Belamarich, president and CEO of Collaboratory. “These promotions and transitions reflect the momentum we’re building—and the people who make it possible.”
The following leadership promotions reflect the strength of Collaboratory’s team and its commitment to operational excellence and community impact:
• Kim Williams has been promoted to vice president of operations. With more than 15 years of dedicated service, she has a proven track record of advancing the organization’s mission.
• Eric Lane has been promoted to director of institutional advancement.
• Gina Dengler has been promoted to director of philanthropic giving.
Both Lane and Dengler will play key roles in expanding Collaboratory’s reach and deepening relationships throughout the community.
