Our Scholarships Program

During the 2024 scholarship cycle, we awarded $1,257,470 and 174 scholarships to local high school students, undergraduate, graduate students and adult learners from Charlotte, Collier, Glades, Hendry and Lee counties.

Here is everything you need to know about our scholarships…for students, reviewers and donors (Opens PDF Document).

Our scholarship application for the 2025 scholarship cycle is available November 1, 2024 – January 14, 2025. We are looking forward to awarding more students in May of 2025.

Please begin gathering the items needed and indicated below for your application.

  • Fill out our online main application.
  • Get your most up-to-date transcript — official or unofficial.
  • Obtain a letter of recommendation from someone outside your family. This could be a letter from a teacher, a coach, a mentor, someone from your faith community, a boss, someone who you have volunteered with, etc.
  • Check out your eligibility for financial aid by completing the “Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).” You can do that at this official U.S. government website. The 2025-2026 FAFSA form will be available December 1st, 2024.

Special Note: We understand that the 2025-2026 FAFSA will not be available to fill out until December 1 2024. The Collaboratory Scholarship Application and all other materials must be submitted by January 14, 2025, but applicants will have until February 23, 2025 to submit the FAFSA Submission Summary for the 2025-2026 FAFSA by returning to their submitted application to upload.

Please abide by the established deadlines. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
