Access to AI training just got easier for more than 1,000 nonprofit and community partners in Southwest Florida.
Writing.io, a Naples-based leader in AI education, upskilling, and software, has partnered with the Collaboratory to donate 1,000 complimentary licenses to its Core AI Course & Certification Program—valued at $200 each—for a total contribution of $200,000.
Collaboratory will provide licenses and complimentary AI training to its diverse network of nonprofits and partners, working in areas such as education, housing, health, and workforce development. The course includes beginner-friendly modules, live demonstrations, and access to Writing.io’s secure AI platform, featuring tools powered by leading models from OpenAI and Anthropic.
This initiative is a key component of Writing.io’s broader $2 million pledge to provide AI training and technology access to residents, startups, and nonprofits in Southwest Florida.

This opportunity will be available to nonprofit organizations and community partners across Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Hendry, and Glades counties.
